Grandma Birdies does not offer paid holidays, vacations, sick days, or any leave of absences.

Employees will be offered free childcare for up to two children during the hours the employee is
scheduled to work. Additional children will be charged 50% of the appropriate rate according to
their age, and payment will be arranged through Grandma Birdies payroll deduction.

Rationale

I have created this benefit for employees. Providing a free childcare benefit will help

compensate for lower wages paid to employees.

Your employment at Grandma Birdies is at will. This means that you are free to quit at any time,
for any reason, just as we are free to terminate your employment at any time, for any reason –
with or without notice or cause. Nothing in this handbook constitutes a contract or promise of
continued employment. Grandma Birdies will provide unemployment compensation as required
by law.
