Philosophy

I believe that, as an administrator, it is my responsibility to ensure the well – being of

the program and the staff as well as the children in our care. With the child’s early years being

their most important, I strive to provide a safe and stimulating environment that will enrich the

children in their first years of education teaching shapes, numbers, letters, and name

recognition, along with respect, turn taking, and how to be a team player. I believe each family

should have a piece of mind knowing their child is being cared for by educated and loving

professionals. My experience through the credential courses has shown me the importance of

incorporating an open communication between staff and families encouraging them to speak

their mind about new ideas throughout the center as well as with their individual child.
