in closed condition?
5.14 In non-inerted tanks, are metal tapes and other HIGH
gauging/sampling devices effectively bonded before
dipping into tank?
5.15 In non-inerted tanks, are natural fibre ropes used? Are MED
required 30 minute relaxation for metal tape dipping
practiced?
5.16 Are precautions relating to maximum flow rates during
initial loading being observed?
5.17 Are the portable pneumatic spill containment pump MED
grounded.
5.18 If fitted, are all cargo tank high level alarms in HIGH
working condition?

constraints have limited scope of the inspection, this does not necessarily constitute a comprehensive list of all
deficiencies on board.

A copy of this list together with the detailed inspection will be submitted to the Marine Superintendent who will
liaise directly with your agents/owners/managers in due course. Please reply to the terminal within next 14 working
