Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article
213 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Karnataka is pleased to
promulgate the following Ordinance, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) This Ordinance may be called
the Industrial Disputes and Certain other laws (Karnataka Amendment)
Ordinance, 2020.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.- In the
Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act No.14 of 1947), in section 25K,-

(i) in sub-section (1), for the words "one hundred", the words "three
hundred", shall be substituted; and
(ii) in sub-section (1A), for the words "one hundred", the words "three
hundred", shall be substituted.
3. Amendment of the Factories Act, 1948.- In the Factories Act, 1948
(Central Act No.63 of 1948),-
(1) in section 2, in clause (m),-
(i) in item (i) for the words "ten or more", the words "twenty or more",
shall be substituted; and
(ii) in item (ii), for the words "twenty or more", the words "forty or more",
shall be substituted.
(2) in section 65, in sub section (3) in clause (iv) for the words
“seventy five” the words “one hundred and twenty five” shall be substituted.

4. Amendment of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition)

Act, 1970.- In the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (Central
Act No.47 of 1970), in section 1, in sub-section (4) in item (a) for the words
"twenty or more", the words "fifty or more", shall be substituted.

Ordered that the translation of the Industrial Disputes and certain other
Laws (Karnataka Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (Karnataka Ordinance 15 of
2020) in Kannada language, be published as authorized by the Governor of
Karnataka under section 5A of the Karnataka Official Language Act, 1963 in the
Karnataka Gazette for general information.
The following translation of the Industrial Disputes and certain other
Laws (Karnataka Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (Karnataka Ordinance 15 of
2020) in Kannada language is published in the Official Gazette under the
authority of the Governor of Karnataka under section 5A of the Karnataka Official
Language Act, 1963.

2020ರ ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಅಧಾಯ್ದೇಶ ಸಂಖೆಯ್ :15

ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಾದಗಳು ಮತುತ್ ಕೆಲವು ಇತರ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ (ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ) ಅಧಾಯ್ದೇಶ, 2020

(ಭಾರತ ಗಣರಾಜಯ್ದ ಎಪಪ್ತೊತ್ಂದನೇ ವಷರ್ದ ಲ್ ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ರಾಜಯ್ಪಾಲರಿಂದ ಪರ್ಖಾಯ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತುತ್

2020ರ ಜುಲೈ 31ನೇ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಶೇಷ ರಾಜಯ್ಪತರ್ದ ಲ್ ದಲು ಪರ್ಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ).

ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ರಾಜಯ್ದ ಲ್ ವಯ್ವಹಾರ ನಡೆಸುವುದನುನ್ ಸುಗಮಗೊ ಸಲು ಉತೆತ್ೕಜಿಸುವುದಕೆಕ್ ಕರ್ಮಗಳನುನ್

ಉಪಬಂಧಿಸುವುದಕಾಕ್ಗಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಾದಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1947, ಕಾಖಾರ್ನೆಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1948

ಮತುತ್ ಗುತಿತ್ಗೆ ಕಾಮಿರ್ಕರ (ನಿಯಂತರ್ಣ ಮತುತ್ ರದಿದ್ಯಾತಿ) ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1970ನುನ್ ಮತತ್ಷುಟ್ ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ

ಮಾಡಲು ಒಂದು ಅಧಾಯ್ದೇಶ.

ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ರಾಜಯ್ದ ಲ್ ವಯ್ವಹಾರ ನಡೆಸುವುದನುನ್ ಸುಗಮಗೊ ಸಲು ಉತೆತ್ೕಜಿಸುವುದಕೆಕ್ ಮತುತ್

ಅದಕೆಕ್ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟಟ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಆನುಷಂಗಿಕವಾದ ಷಯಗ ಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ಮಗಳನುನ್ ಉಪಬಂಧಿಸುವುದು

ಯುಕತ್ವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ;

ಭಾರತ ಸಂ ಧಾನದ 213ನೇ ಅನುಚೆಛ್ೕದದ (1)ನೇ ಖಂಡದ ಪರಂತುಕದ ಅಡಿಯ ಲ್ ಅಗತಯ್ಪಡಿ ದಂತೆ ಈ

ಕುರಿತು ಭಾರತದ ರಾಷಾಟ್ರ್ಧಯ್ಕಷ್ರ ಪೂವರ್ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನುನ್ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂ: 14/07/2020-ಜೆಯುಡಿಎಲ್..& ಪಿಪಿ,

ದಿನಾಂಕ: 11.07.2020ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ;

ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಧಾನಸಭೆ ಮತುತ್ ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತುತ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಲ್ ಇಲಲ್ದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಮತುತ್ ಇ ಲ್

ಇನುನ್ ಮುಂದೆ ಕಂಡುಬರುವ ಉದೆದ್ೕಶಗ ಗಾಗಿ ಅಧಾಯ್ದೇಶವನುನ್ ಪರ್ಖಾಯ್ಪಿಸಲು, ರ್ೕಘರ್ ಕರ್ಮವನುನ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳುಳ್ವುದು

ಅವಶಯ್ಗೊ ಸುವಂಥ ದಯ್ಮಾನಗಳು ಉಂಟಾಗಿವೆಯೆಂದು ಕನಾರ್ಟಕದ ಮಾನಯ್ ರಾಜಯ್ಪಾಲರಿಗೆ

ಮನದಟಾಟ್ಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ;

ಈಗ, ಭಾರತ ಸಂ ಧಾನದ 213ನೇ ಅನುಚೆಛ್ೕದದ (1)ನೇ ಖಂಡದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪರ್ದತತ್ವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನುನ್

ಚಲಾಯಿ ಕನಾರ್ಟಕದ ರಾಜಯ್ಪಾಲರು ಈ ಮುಂದಿನ ಅಧಾಯ್ದೇಶವನುನ್ ಪರ್ಖಾಯ್ಪಿ ದಾದ್ರೆ, ಎಂದರೆ:-

1. ಸಂ ಪತ್ ಹೆಸರು ಮತುತ್ ಪಾರ್ರಂಭ.- (1) ಈ ಅಧಾಯ್ದೇಶವನುನ್ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಾದಗಳು ಮತುತ್ ಕೆಲವು

ಇತರ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ (ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ) ಅಧಾಯ್ದೇಶ, 2020 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕಕ್ದುದ್.

(2) ಇದು ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರತಕಕ್ದುದ್.

2. ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಾದಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1947ರ ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ.- ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಾದಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ,

1947ರ (1947ರ ಕೇಂದರ್ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂ. 14) 25ಕೆ ಪರ್ಕರಣದ ,ಲ್ -

(i) (1)ನೇ ಉಪಪರ್ಕರಣದ ಲ್ “ಒಂದು ನೂರು” ಎಂಬ ಪದಗ ಗೆ “ಮೂರು ನೂರು” ಎಂಬ ಪದಗಳನುನ್

ಪರ್ತಿ ೕಜಿಸತಕಕ್ದುದ್; ಮತುತ್

(ii) (1ಎ) ಉಪಪರ್ಕರಣದ ಲ್ “ಒಂದು ನೂರು” ಎಂಬ ಪದಗ ಗೆ “ಮೂರು ನೂರು” ಎಂಬ ಪದಗಳನುನ್

ಪರ್ತಿ ೕಜಿಸತಕಕ್ದುದ್.

3. ಕಾಖಾರ್ನೆಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1948ರ ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ.- ಕಾಖಾರ್ನೆಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1948ರ ಲ್ (1948ರ

ಕೇಂದರ್ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂ. 63),-

(1) 2ನೇ ಪರ್ಕರಣದ (ಎಂ) ಖಂಡದ ,ಲ್ -

(i) (i)ನೇ ಬಾಬು ನ ಲ್ “ಹತುತ್ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚಿಚ್ನ” ಎಂಬ ಪದಗ ಗೆ “ಇಪಪ್ತುತ್ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚಿಚ್ನ”ಎಂಬ

ಪದಗಳನುನ್ ಪರ್ತಿ ೕಜಿಸತಕಕ್ದುದ್; ಮತುತ್

(ii) (ii)ನೇ ಬಾಬು ನ ಲ್ “ಇಪಪ್ತುತ್ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚಿಚ್ನ” ಎಂಬ ಪದಗ ಗೆ “ನಲವತುತ್ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚಿಚ್ನ”ಎಂಬ

ಪದಗಳನುನ್ ಪರ್ತಿ ೕಜಿಸತಕಕ್ದುದ್.

(2) 65ನೇ ಪರ್ಕರಣದ (3)ನೇ ಉಪಪರ್ಕರಣದ ಲ್ನ (iv)ನೇ ಖಂಡದ ಲ್ “ಎಪಪ್ತೆ ದು” ಎಂಬ ಪದಗ ಗೆ

“ಒಂದು ನೂರಾ ಇಪಪ್ತೆ ದು” ಎಂಬ ಪದಗಳನುನ್ ಪರ್ತಿ ೕಜಿಸತಕಕ್ದುದ್.

4. ಗುತಿತ್ಗೆ ಕಾಮಿರ್ಕರ (ನಿಯಂತರ್ಣ ಮತುತ್ ರದಿದ್ಯಾತಿ) ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1970ರ ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ.- ಗುತಿತ್ಗೆ

ಕಾಮಿರ್ಕರ (ನಿಯಂತರ್ಣ ಮತುತ್ ರದಿದ್ಯಾತಿ) ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1970ರ ಲ್ (1970ರ ಕೇಂದರ್ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂ. 47)

1ನೇ ಪರ್ಕರಣದ (4)ನೇ ಉಪಪರ್ಕರಣದ ಲ್ನ (ಎ) ಬಾಬು ನ ಲ್ “ಇಪಪ್ತುತ್ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚಿಚ್ನ” ಎಂಬ ಪದಗ ಗೆ

“ನಲವತುತ್ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚಿಚ್ನ”ಎಂಬ ಪದಗಳನುನ್ ಪರ್ತಿ ೕಜಿಸತಕಕ್ದುದ್.
