Minimum height of Mezzanine is 7.00 feet.

For the exit requirements: -

 Stair ways are not less than 48 inches in width.
 Signs are to be put on the doors to guide the occupant.
 The clear width of the door is not less than 32 inches.
 Exit doors shall lead directly to the exterior of the building.
 Exit doors must not be equipped with locking devices
 Exit doors should be possible to be opened in one motion.
