Findings:
1 Manpower list provided by the Timekeeper is incomplete of personnel compared to the
actual number of employees present in the project named Pugoy, Geovanie a leadman, Aguarin, Zosimo a
and Roger Yanez an instrumentman.
2 There are employees that is charged in the project but working in the other projects.

The project has no outstanding issue of employees refusing to wear their PPE during work, and it was
observed also that everyone was wearing their uniforms and they were protecting their feet by wearing
the safety shoes issued by the company.
