    NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS

    COMMENCEMENT OF JULY – DEC SEMESTER OF 2020

    The July-December semester of 2020 will commence on 6th July 2020. The timetable will
    be published in due course.
    In addition to delivering the courses online, SLIIT is planning to gradually introduce
    students for on-campus academic activities while complying with the health and safety
    guidelines of the government. As such, selected groups of students will be allowed for
    on-campus activities according to the plan shown below during the first two weeks of
    the semester

    Faculty School On-Campus Teaching During Week 1 and 2


    Faculty of Computing 4th year students will have on-campus classes in small
    groups
    SLIIT Business School 4th year students will have on-campus classes in small
    groups
    Faculty of Engineering 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students will have hands-on sessions
    for 1st semester practical classes
    Faculty of Humanities and Selected batches will have practical classes scheduled
    Sciences
    School of Architecture Selected student groups will have project work

    The groupings and timetables for on-campus activities will be published on CourseWeb
    in due course. Students will be required to complete a health questionnaire before they
    enter the campus.
