Firmware Update Version: NYKO – V19

Firmware Upgrade Procedure

1) Begin by charging Dualies if needed.

2) Download the firmware update and save it to a convenient location on your PC.
3) Go to the folder containing the file.
4) Plug the provided USB cable into the PC.

- To upgrade the LEFT Controller:

o Press & hold the button < – >
o Continue to hold the < – > button and while holding, press the sync button.
o Then plug the other end (USB-C) of the USB cable into the Dualies.
o The 4th LED on the Dualies will blink then remain solid when connected to the PC.
o Release the < – > button
o Proceed to Step 4 before attempting to upgrade the other controller.

To upgrade the RIGHT Controller:

o Press & hold the button < + >
o Continue to hold the < + > button and while holding, press the sync button.
o Then plug the other end (USB-C) of the USB cable into the Dualies.
o The 4th LED on the Dualies will blink then remain solid when connected to the PC.
o Release the < + > button
o Proceed to Step 4 before attempting to upgrade the other controller.

5) Double-click the upgrade firmware icon or file.

6) The DOWNLOAD window will be turned up as below:

7) Click the START button, the firmware download will be proceeded as shown below:

8) When download is complete, a pop up window will state the Download Successful.
- Press OK.

Click CONFIRM to finish the download procedure.

9) Finally, use a tiny stick, such as a toothpick or paper clip. Insert the end to activate the RESET
button through the reset hole as shown below.

Now, Dualies has been upgrade to the latest firmware and ready to play.
