Please bring your pass to the Statute of Liberty ticket offices at Castle
Clinton, Battery Park, New York 10004 to receive your ferry boarding
pass. Please note, all passengers are required to go through security
before boarding the boats.
Redeem your pass with ticket agent for a boarding pass for a ferry.
You will have to go enter a security check point before boarding the
boats. Please be advised that your pass does not include Crown or
guarantee pedestal access. If you would like to visit the crown please
book a 'Reserve with Crown' ticket directly through Statue Cruises.

What to wear: Dress for the season when you visit the Statue of Liberty National
Monument and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum. During the summer months
temperatures can rise to the high 90's with high humidity. In the winter
temperatures are chilly. Be sure to dress in layers in case conditions change
suddenly.
Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking a great deal during your
visit.
Food and Beverages: There are concession stands on all the boats which sell healthy
snacks and beverages, as well as merchandise. There are also concession stands and
gift stores on both Liberty and Ellis Island.

If you have 2:00pm tickets or later, you will only have adequate time to go to one of
the two islands, whichever you choose.
