A. Understanding Invitation is one of the part of business. It usually becomes an annual activity in business. In celebrating company’s birth day for example, the company has to invite other companies to come to attend the celebration. as a result, a staff or businessman has to understand how to invite someone in a good and polite way. Besides, knowing how to accept or decline the invitation is also important. in this meeting you will know how to do that! Remember! When you have or make an invitation you should feel comfortable in making and replying to invitation. B. Dialogue (Gretchen is a staff of Mr. William.
