Evidence My Motivators
Evidence My Motivators
Evidence: My motivators
Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
The challenge and interest have been and my main motivation to overcome
obstacles. they are like the motor that drives me to achieve things. When
something is a challenge I focus on it and put all my time and effort to achieve it.
put enthusiasm in the things I do. When a project captures my interest, I focus on
how it works well. Having self-confidence is what has allowed me to develop easily
and transmit my ideas without fear. Thanks to security, I have developed better in
different work groups and in society in general. Self-confidence does not mean
feeling superior to others. (It is about knowing, internally and calmly, that I am a
capable person). Variety is a good incentive to avoid falling into monotony. If my
activities become repetitive, my interest fades and I no longer pay attention, I try to
make everything correct.
