I am Emmanuell A. Gorres, a bonafide irregular 2 nd year student of Bachelor in

Food Technology in the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines-
Claveria Campus, currently residing at Zone-2, Poblacion, Claveria, Misamis Oriental. I
am Writing this letter to ask your permission on allowing me to have a guarantor on
paying my balance during my studies in year 2016-2017, 2 nd semester due to the
reasons that my parents have insufficient money to pay it and couldn’t enrol me this
opening of class. I am in need of ₱4,700.00 and I promise to pay it on the second week
of July 2017.
