Reminders on the Preparation of the Narrative Report on the Dry Run of Modular Learning
Delivery Instruction

1. A NARRATIVE REPORT Dry Run of Modular Learning Delivery Instruction shall be


submitted on or before August 17, 2020 (Monday)
2. The soft copy of the narrative report shall be uploaded on the given link:
http://deped.in/NarrativeReportMDL
3. The Narrative Report must include PICTURES (with captions) from the beginning up to the
end of the dry-run. (the sky's the limit for the pictures! :)) Each school has the creative
freedom on the lay-outing of pictures (in PORTRAIT orientation). No photo collage
please.
4. The following DOCUMENTS must also be included: MOA/MOU with different
stakeholders, Class Program, Monitoring of Learners’ Progress, Contact Numbers of
Teachers and Parents, Complete list of Persons involved in the Dry Run (Team
Composition), Checklists, Monitoring Tool/ Evaluation Tool, Teachers Schedule,
Instructional Supervision, Technical Assistance provided by SH, PSDS and EPS, and ALL
other documents used in the conduct of the Dry Run.
5. Statements of feedback of parents/, speeches/statement of support to LCP- Modular
Modality not only in Dry Run of the Barangay Captain and other stakeholders shall also be
included in the narrative report.
6. The Narrative Report and ALL other documents shall contain the logo of SIGE!
Marinduque
7. The Documentation of the Dry Run shall follow the following template
Font Style: Times New Roman
Font Size: 12 (Body of the Report)
Paper size: Letter Size

Based on the different areas as listed in the evaluation tool for the dry-run (focusing on
WHAT WENT WELL or the best practices employed, WHAT DID NOT GO SO WELL
or the challenges encountered/gaps/bottlenecks and WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED or
the Recommended Action) and other NOTABLE OBSERVATIONS and SALIENT
FEATURES of the dry-run.

The summary of scores of the monitoring tool shall also be included.
