SUMMARY OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This chapter demystify the summary of findings, conclusions and recommendations of the study

arranged accordingly based on the content and stated problems in every chapter of the study.

Summary

The respondents agree that power plants has somehow advantageous and disadvantages about

Health related issues with a main rating of 4.02. The respondents undecided that the livelihood has some

advantages and disadvantages with a main rating of 3.50. The respondents agree that Power plants affect

the Industrialization and Modernization has somehow advantageous and disadvantages with a main

rating of 3.69.

Summary of Findings

The following statements where the findings of the study:

1. Is there any improvement from the breakthrough of modernization in the locale?

The infrastructure and the way of living on the locality was enhance due to the breakthrough of

the Power Plant Industries.

2. Did the unemployment rate in your locality decrease as the land area increases?

As the employment rate increases the land area of the locality decreases due to privatization of

the Power Plants.

3. Are these issues concerning health related factors that arises when their corporation substantiate?

There are some citizens are not satisfy due to expansion of the Power plants because they acquire

respiratory diseases.
 4. Is there any environmental property that is converted to power plants that is once owned by your

locality?

Yes, and it’s converted as one of the asset of the company.

5. What’s the citizens preferences concerning environmental issue such as transformation of

localities land mass into private properties?

The preferences of the citizens will be good because it uplifts the socio-economic of the locality.

Conclusion

Even the locality is socio-economic status is reaching its full potential we cannot deny the fact

that Environmental resources such as landmass are converted to industries meaning to say that, as the

Power plants demands for expansion the landmass and the environmental resources deplete. In the

simplest way possible the modernization means conviction of environmental resources

Recommendation

Based on the aforementioned finding and conclusion drawn, the following

recommendations are offered:

1. The owner’s must provide check-up to families affected residing near the Power plants

monthly.

2. The priority worker of the company must be the citizens of Barangay Lumbang Calzada,

Calaca, Batangas.

3. If the Power plants have a community tax they must allot at least certain percentage of it on

enhancing the localities status.

4. The Power Plant must take charge whenever they ruin specific ownership or asset of the

Barangay Lumbang Calzada, Calaca, Batangas.

5. The Power Plant must practice program that will be beneficial for the community and their

institution.
