It is a well documented fact that both the hemispheres of the brain - each with its unique set of
expertise , complement each other. The left brain is the analytical brain , it indulges in logic and
convergent thinking, while the right side is the creative brain responsible for out of box / divergent
thinking and creativity.
A series of simple exercises can boost brain functioning in a better way which makes one sharper,
smarter and more confident. These exercises are known as Brain Access exercises. These compriseof
some really easy body movements which help to coax the two hemispheres of the brain while making
them work in synchronization.
These exercises are simple and can be done by people of all age groups. There are various benefits
associated with brain access exercises. The major benefits associated with brain access exercises are as
follows:
1. It helps improve physical and mental reflexes
2. It boosts confidence level
3. It improves self-esteem
4. Revitalizes natural healing mechanisms
5. Restores health and harmony
6. Increases creativity and communication skills
7. Helps keep one motivated in adverse situations
Brain Access with the help of its outstanding instructors and movement-based programs, strives to
empower people across all ages groups to reclaim their joy of living.
These activities recall the movements naturally done during the first few years of life when a child
learns to coordinate the eyes, ears, hands, and whole body. Even though it is not clear yet "why" these
movements work so well, they often bring about dramatic improvements in areas such as:
· Concentration and Focus
· Memory
· Academics: reading, writing, math, test taking
· Physical coordination
· Relationships
· Self-responsibility
· Organization skills
· Attitude
The philosophy is further based on the knowledge that humans learn through movement. Throughout
life, stress can affect the capacity to move and inhibit the ability to comprehend, organize, and
communicate. At certain times, people may notice that thinking, feeling, or sensing may influence
performance. We observe and address movement patterns with the intention of restoring the skills
associated with successful achievement.
Anubhuti has an ongoing commitment to evaluate, assess, and develop its practices and principles. We
emphasize the use of a wide variety of tools that teach self-reliance through self-observation of physical,
emotional, and intellectual systems.
It is probably best known for its effectiveness in school classrooms, the arena for which it was first
developed. Additionally, people with special needs and learning challenges benefit from Anubhuti life
skill solutions. The Anubhuti life skill solutions make neither medical claims nor diagnoses.
However, the benefits of Brain Access exercises are not limited to the educational field and special
needs. Their benefits have also been reaped successfully by corporates, athletes, health professions, and
individuals.
How Brain Access Exercises devised by Anubhuti life skill solutions are used in the classroom?
It enhances, rather than replaces, existing programs and curriculum. Initially, teachers guide the
students through the movements and processes, supporting movement skills. The ultimate aim of the
program is to encourage each student to notice when they might be "stuck" on a particular learning task
and for the student to choose an appropriate activity. Such an empowering approach encourages each
student to be self-reliant.
As a result of using Brain Access exercises regularly in the classroom, many teachers report significant
improvements in the basic skills of reading, writing, spelling, and math as well as in areas such as
concentration, attention, confidence, and creativity.

Methodology
We propose to carry out the ‘Brain Access exercises’ training for teachers in a two day workshop.
Teachers can thereby inculcate this practice in students, so that they can utilise their brain capacity to
the fullest.
Deliverables
As a result of the workshop the teachers will be better equipped to:-
