NSTP1-CW1/LT1 Guideline for Remaining Sessions

In light of the pronouncement of President Duterte suspending classes because of the threat of
COVID-19, students will use this guideline for the remaining session of NSTP1 for Term 2 AY
2019-2020.
As of to date, we only have three (3) remaining sessions which are as follows:

1. Good Citizenship (in-campus)

a. Read the attached file on good citizenship
b. Required output for this session is a reflection paper which shall be submitted via
email at claude.bagsic@dlsu.edu.ph

2. Validation of Project Plan ( off-campus)
Validation of Project Plan is an off-campus activity and an opportunity for the students to
present their project proposals to their community partners for their suggestions,
recommendations and approval.
In lieu of the above activity, the required output is the finalization and submission of the
class’ project proposal. Your lecturer may get in touch with their respective Community
Area Coordinator (AC) in case their students have concerns/clarifications regarding their
project proposal. The students must be reminded that during the finalization of their project
proposal, it is important that community support is solicited. The students and their partner
communities must agree on what projects they will work on collaboratively and see to it
that it is relevant and realistic.
Your lecturer monitor and supervise the crafting and finalization of the project proposal
and refer to the project proposal format that has been emailed earlier to them.
Kindly use “the project proposal format” google document for comments and suggestions.
I will be available every Friday and Saturday from 4:00-8:00 PM for consultations and
monitoring.
Reminder: An electronic copy must also be emailed to their Partner Organization and to
their respective SEL.
