The aims of this lecture are to:
• Review questions on Change management

2.1 INTRODUCTION

The following self-study assignment is a review of Change Management covered in the


previous lecture. Students will be required to answer the questions below in a group
presentation.

1. Information systems (IS) development is about change. What kind of change will
an information system bring?
