Create a report containing:

- All probe and setup parameters /2.5

- Defect image with proper cursor and gate locations /5
- Defect measurements (%Amplitude, Height, Depth, Scan start location, Length, Axial
distance to centerline /5
- User fields containing Contractor, Technician, Customer, Project and Part Number /5
- Defect interpretation in a comment /2.5
