1.0 Purpose
This document is to define Accreditation Section procedures and processes. The aim of
Accreditation is to ensure quality and performance of both design and construction in all projects
under Trakhees CED jurisdiction.
Trakhees CED regulations are in force for all Construction Developments which undergo the
process of Permits issued by CED. Accreditation programs are designed to move these processes
from Quality Control to Quality Assurance and for accredited personnel to be well-versed in the
contents of the regulations so as to help them comply with the Authority's requirements. This will
ensure a smooth interaction that will lead to better communication, speedy construction avoiding
any consequences arising from violating the Authority's rules and regulations.
2.0 Scope
This procedure will apply to All Consultants, Contractors and Master Developer’s Representatives
assigned to the projects under Trakhees jurisdiction. All interactions with Trakhees will require engineers
and architects from all consultants, contractors and Master Developer’s to be accredited as per the issued
circulars for Trakhees Accreditation Requirements.
3.0 Procedure
Accreditation Program - All Consultants, Contractors and Master Developer’s Representatives assigned to
the projects under Trakhees jurisdiction must be accredited.
All interactions with Trakhees will require engineers and architects from all consultants, contractors and
Master Developer’s to be accredited as per the issued circulars for Trakhees Accreditation Requirements
Companies should refer to Trakhees Accreditation Circulars which are available in Accreditation Home
page to identify their Accreditation requirements.

To register for Accreditation courses, participant must complete and submit an Online Registration Form.
Trakhees Accreditation Program is online, composed of online materials and activities (workbook, mock
test, feedback..etc.)
Cancellation of attendance for scheduled assessment is acceptable if received at least 3 working days prior
to the date of the program.
Replacement of a participant by another from the same company is allowed with a fee of AED 400 if the
assessment is not being attended. Participants have to make the payment in order to register for the
course.
Participants should attend on the confirmed assessment schedule and complete all required activities
(feedback & online assessment)
On the day of assessment, participants must present their Labor card or Emirates ID, their system
username and password for Trakhees physical verification to be able to sit for the assessment
Participants are required to obtain at least 60% correct answers to successfully complete the program.
Absence from Scheduled Program (No Show) fee of AED 800 will be imposed when the participants will
not show up on his approved assessment day. Participants have to make the payment in order to register
for the next available schedule.
Results will be released within three (3) working days maximum after the program and the notification
will be received by the attended participants.
Trakhees Accreditation will prepare the cards for participants who successfully completed the program
(pass) and participants will be notified for card collection.
Assessment fee of AED 800 will be imposed when the participants will obtain unsatisfactory result (not
pass) in the assessment. Participants have to make the payment to apply for the assessment next available
schedule.
Cancellation to the program after making the payment is subject to Trakhees approval.
Official letter from the new company requesting the change of company name on the
accreditation card.
6.0 Payment

mentioned on all issued Payment Advices.
