These guidelines set all the requirements prior to the issuance of A. C. Tajanlangit Construction,
Builders and Development Corporation’s Accreditation. These shall apply to single proprietorships,
partnerships, corporation or parties who is interested to offer their service to ACTCBDC.
A Certificate of Accreditation shall be required prior to awarding of Job Orders. Furthermore, all
Accredited Service Providers shall conform to the rules and regulations set by ACTCBDC.
For the sole purpose of these guidelines, the following terms are defined as:
iv. Accredited Service Provider – A duly recognized holder of Certificate of Accreditation issued
by ACTCBDC showing their qualification to provide services for ACTCBDC.
v. Job Order – A written instruction containing the scope of work and its monetary equivalent
issued to the Accredited Service Provider.
SECTION 3. POLICY
Only service providers duly accredited by the ACTCBDC shall be allowed to provide services on project
sites they wish to provide services with.
Accreditation shall only be granted to the qualified services providers based on the criteria and
qualifications set on these guidelines.
Accreditation, though a requirement in the selection process of qualified service providers, it shall not
be a guarantee in the awarding of job orders.
Service Providers applying for accreditation shall fill-up ACT-SAF-2021-REV00 and comply all the
required documents reflected on the form (see Annex B).

SECTION 5. CONDITIONS
i. The service provider must be a single proprietor, partnership, corporation and other parties
duly organized and existing under Philippine Laws.
ii. The owner, stakeholder, personnel and anyone who is connected to the service provider must
not be an employee of ACTCBDC.
iii. The owner, stakeholder, personnel and anyone who is connected to the service provider
must not have a derogatory record with ACTCBDC.
iv. The owner, stakeholder, personnel and anyone who is connected to the service provider
must not have a derogatory record with BIR, DOLE, DTI or any other government agency.
v. Must have engage in the field of construction services for no less than five (5) years prior to
the application.
SECTION 6. CRITERIA
Service providers applying for accreditation will be rated according to the following criteria:
i. Relevant Experience---------------30%
ii. Workmanship-----------------------30%
Passing rate for the service provider’s application status is 70% (see Annex C).
The Accreditation Certificate shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. An application for
renewal shall be filed thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Accreditation Certificate.
