Project Experience

Project 1

Objective: To Develop, design and built new showroom in 2800 sqft built up area for ECO WORLD
development SDN BHD . The main objective of project was to build a showroom for ECO World to hold
their organization functions, exhibition, and their marketing their products.

I: I created and Review the charter with key stakeholders to confirm project scope, risks, issues,
assumptions, and constraints, Identify and document high level risks, assumptions, and constraints.
Obtained the approval of the project charter.

P: I developed scope, cost, schedule, resource, quality, risk, and procurement plans and completed
Product evaluations, Identify key project team members , Gather and document requirements ,Create
the work breakdown structure to Estimate costs and Allocate budget , Obtain project plan approval from
the customer and Conduct a kick off meeting .

E: Execute tasks defined in the project plan, implement a quality management plan, implement
approved changes, Gather, maintain, and approve timesheets and Provide coaching and training to
team members

M&C: ,Report performance through project and verify the scope of the project ,Ensure the project
deliverables conform to quality standards established in the project quality plan

C: Obtain final acceptance for the project, Identify and document lessons learned, Update project
records and documents and Archive project records and documents ,Create and distribute final project
report and Measure customer satisfaction .

Outcome: Project successfully delivered to Key stakeholder of marketing department as per their
specification and timeline.This project helped developer to utilise their showroom space wisely ,
especially for marketing team created tools to rise the sale .
Project 2

Objective: To Develop interior design and built for 22000 sqft common area, shared facility , including 5
unit theatre room , banquet hall , meeting room , gym , 2 sky lounge and restaurant for alpine return
sdn bhd . the main objective was to create fun and interactive environment for residence with more
user friendly design and material in addition adding value to property which is located in middle of city
centre as an iconic building .

I: Wrote the business case for the project and ensured the project is aligned with the organisations’
strategic goals; Evaluate the feasibility of new products or services and identified the key the
stakeholders and ensured all their expectation are documented stakeholder. Identify and document
high level risks, assumptions and constraints also developed a Project Charter and obtained the
approval of the Charter.

P: Develop the cost, schedule, resource, quality and procurement plans , Collect requirements from
stakeholder, Gather and document requirements, identify key project team members and Define roles
and responsibilities Meet vendors, performed Product evaluations, Create the structured project
management plan and obtained approval for it.

E: I Managed the resource allocation, Execute tasks defined in the project plan, Implement a quality
management plan, Implement approved changes, Gather, maintain, and approve time sheets , Provide
coaching and training to team members and Implement approved actions and workarounds meetings
with external vendors and Conduct team building activities .

M&C: I Verified the scope of the project, Ensure the project deliverables conform to quality standards
established in the project quality plan, Track schedule, cost, quality, and project risk.

C: Obtain financial, legal and administrative project closure, Release project resources and provide
performance feedback, Create and distribute final project report .

Outcome: project successfully delivered and met all the key acceptance criteria of the client within
budget and specified time also awarded as one of the best interior design and architecture award of the
year .
Project 3

Objective: this project divided tothree phase first To design and build interior common area, Club House
in 25000 sqft which was included the share facility between 3 tower for Eco Sanctuary condominium .
Second phase of contract contained fully furnished 190 numbers of condominium unit and phase three
was to build 3 tower lift lobby for the parque residence .

I: Identify stakeholder; Review the charter with key stakeholders to confirm project scope, risks, issues,
assumptions and constraints and developed a Project Charter, Identify and document high level risks,
assumptions and constraints

P: Develop the cost, schedule, resource, quality and procurement plans , Identify project team members
and defined roles and responsibilities;Develop a communication plan , Collect requirements from
stakeholder , Create the work breakdown structure , Decomposed tasks and Divide and prioritise tasks ,
Develop project schedules, Estimate costs, Allocate budget, Identify and document project risks
obtained project plan approval

E: Execute tasks defined in the project plan;Implement a quality management plan , manage team and
resource allocation , Obtain project resources , Conduct team building activities , Gather , maintain and
approve time sheets , held progress meetings with team and stakeholders , Implement approved actions
and workarounds .

M&C: Ensure project deliverables meets the quality standards, Report performance, Compile change
requests , Perform quality control audits , Verify the scope of the project , Ensure the project
deliverables conform to quality standards established in the project quality plan Take corrective
actions and verified project deliverables and Monitor the status of identified risks .

C: Obtain final acceptance for the project, Identify and document lessons learned ,Update project
records and documents , Document and communicated lesson learnt , submitted final report , Measure
customer satisfaction .

outcome : the first phase handed over to client 2 weeks before scheduled deadline and second phase
due to variation orders and additional scope from stakeholders results to extension of times (EOT) for 3
weeks and finally delivered within agreed upon date with client also phase 3 finished week before
deadline due to early material delivery on site . all requirements are meet and project finished
successfully within scope , budget and time .
Project 4

Objective: We were contracted as vendor to construct and build 3 story in Residence Club, staff lounge
area and offices @ eco sanctuary . This project divided to 2 phase delivery, first phase was office floor
and share staff lounge and second phase was finishing ground floor which was sales office known as
residence club.

I: Identify key stakeholders, Define the scope of the project Define the initial requirement of the project,
developed a and obtained approval for Project Charter

P: Develop the cost, schedule, resource, quality, procurement plans and created risk register. Created
the work breakdown structure, develop a communication plan Obtain the project plan approval from
client and conducted kick off meeting between client and the project team.

E: Assigned team with tasks; scheduled meetings with external vendors, Manage the resource allocation,
execute tasks defined in the project plan, Implement approved actions and workarounds , implement a
quality management plan and Implement approved changes

M&C: Managed changes to project schedule and costs. Ensure the project deliverables conform to
quality standards established in the project quality plan.Track schedule, cost, quality, risk in project and
Monitor the status of identified risks , Verified and approved project deliverables.

C: Obtain final acceptance for the project, Identify and document lessons learned, Update and archived
project records and documents. Obtain financial, legal and administrative project closure ,organisational
process asset updated and in result lesson learned repository updated . issue final project report and
Measure customer satisfaction .

Outcome: the first phase finished in 8 weeks as planed scheduled and second phase started right after
and due to scope was well defined at the begging of the project we manage to finish the hand over
deliverable to client weeks before contracted deadline. it was cost and time saving as resources could
release earlier from project and assign to new project which schedule and cost saving activities captured
in lesson learned repository at the end of the project .

Project 5

Objective: To develop design and build 22000 sqft build up area in 3 floors include sales gallery, office
and vip lounge .this project was divided to 3 phases. As the project scope was not clear at beginning of
project and time constraint, agile project approach was identified to help manage this project and do
adjustment and implement corrective actions during project life cycle and focus on plan , execution and
monitoring & controlling process to make sure scope is well justified and implemented .

constraints, Identify and document high level risks, assumptions and constraints Created and obtained
approval for Project Charter

P: Identify project team members and defined roles and responsibilities; Collect requirements from
stakeholder , Create the work breakdown structure , Develop project schedules, Estimate costs and
Allocate budget, Identify and document project risks, Develop the risk management plan and Evaluate
project risks, Define risk strategies and Develop contingency plans. Meet vendors, Product evaluations,
and Prepare RFPs, RFQs. Conduct project kick off meeting with vendors and client.

E: Execute tasks defined in the project plan; manage team; held progress meetings with team and
stakeholders. Manage the resource allocation, executed tasks defined in the project plan, implement a
quality management plan, and Implement approved changes, Obtain project resources .

C&M: Identified any new risks and , took corrective actions; ensured project deliverables met scope,
time and budget. Report performance and Track schedule, cost, quality, risk . Implement approved
changes and Compile change requests, take corrective actions and Updated the risk response plan ,
Ensure the project deliverables conform to quality standards established in the project quality plan .

C: Obtain final acceptance for the project , Document and communicated lesson learnt; submitted final
report. Obtain financial, legal and administrative project closure , Release project resources and provide
performance feedback , Measure customer satisfaction .
Outcome: With the help of agile approach and correction during project lifecycle deliverable of project
delivered with in budget and three days before project deadline . this approach was not well practiced
in organisation and due to new exercise for team a lot lesson learnt captured in this specific project
which at the end of project updated in lesson learned repository for future similar project use .

Project 6

Objective: company awarded the contract to supply and install 800 unit imported italian kitchen (pedini
cucine ) for 3 residential tower units for quill construction sdn bhd at quill residence kl which operated
concurrent with main contractor on ongoing construction site .project divided to 4 phase delivery and
installation and scope was included procurement the goods from overseas and shipment to Malaysia
also logistic of goods to site (supply ) and installation on site in addition warranty period as part of
contract for 2 years as part of defect liability period as captured in contract .

output :800 unit kitchen and cabinets successfully supplied and installed per plan , the first two batch
was on time as contract stated and planed , although the 3th batch had 4 weeks of delay which with
help of fast tracking we managed to recover the delay and finish the final phase installation and
inspection with in overall project schedule duration . this project had a lot of lesson leant which
captured and helped us to change company strategy and vision regarding to importing product and
material and reorganised and upgraded our team to next level to adapt themselves on this type of
project .
