Dear Sirs,

1 Your organisation along with others is invited to submit a tender for the provision of
12” and 36” Pipeline Defects Repair Services, to the specification and details as
outlined in the attached documents.

2 Please carefully read the instructions, failure to comply with them may invalidate your
proposal.

3 One original tender document with a soft copy must be received by our Tenders and
Contracts Section in our main office located at 4th floor, Global Business Center,
Gulan Street, Erbil, Iraq. No electronic bids would be considered.

4 A sealed envelope is required to include your offer (Technical Proposal and

Commercial proposal) must be in 2 different sealed envelpes.

5 Closing date to receive tender packages: 17:00hrs, Wednesday 24th July 2019.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

AWARD OF CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO MNR’s FINAL APPROVAL.
