GENERAL:
This Technical Publication covers changes made to the Quality Assurance Kits (QA Kits) for the
imagePRESS C7000VP Series in order to incorporate Durability Parts from the imagePRESS C7010VP
Series.
DETAILS:
In order to incorporate some of the improved Durability Parts which were introduced with the imagePRESS
C7010VP Series and to minimize the number of different QA Kits across the product family, modifications
to the imagePRESS C7000VP Series QA Kits were required.
The chart below highlights the changes made to the QA Kits; more detailed information is provided on the
pages that follow.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Even though the QA Kits are configured to address machine sub sections, it will still be necessary
to replace the service parts at their appropriate service interval.
• The durability life of each service part is calculated based on letter sized paper; therefore, the
durability counters for the service parts will increment twice for larger sized paper.
