I. OBJECTIVES:
1. To provide well cooked and delicious Eggplant Sautéed.
2. Following correct recipe and ingredients in cooking Eggplant Sautéed
III. PROCEDURE
1. Slice the eggplant and tomatoes into cubes.
2. Cook the egg into scrambled way.
3. Heat the pan. Put oil.
4. Mix the garlic and onion.
5. Mix the eggplant and tomatoes.
6. After mixing, add the scrambled egg. Then, add the oyster sauce and mix it.
7. Ready to serve.
