Biography of Lazuardi Gayu Ilhami

Lazuardi Gayu Ilhami was born on June, 30, 1995 in Bekasi. He graduated from
Senior High School 1 Cibadak in 2013. Lazuardi and his family was live in Mekarsari Permai
Housing, blok X number 07, Cicurug, Sukabumi. His hobbies was read a books. He was like
books are Porth’s Patophysology, the concept of Altered Health States. And favorite song
was Mirai-E. Lazuardi has an IQ a very high. So he was get a lot of achievements or awards.

Now he was student in University of Indonesia, School Medicine semester six. He

was choose School Medicine because he was like biology education. During became the
student in University of Indonesia, Lazuardi followed various organizations. Like muslim
student associations, the religious college. And he served as education part in the student
associations. He was a religious person because from senior high school he was join the
prosperity of the mosque.

When senior high school he was the smart student. He get many achievements or
awards. And he was follow many events such as English Debate until the Province, OSN
Biology up to National level, LCTB in UPI to the final, PSN Biology in IPB until final, the
quiz chemical until the semifinals, the quiz of education of islam until semifinals, GMM in
UPI to regional. And get a medal from International Competitions and Assements for School
(ICAS) for the title high distinction. Now a medal is display in Senior High school 1 Cibadak.

After he graduated from University of Indonesia, he will continue to intership a year

in region. He was dreams to increasing the level of health in remote areas in Indonesia. Then,
three to four years work as general doctor. After that, college education spesialists about 4
years.
