A Productive Student

Muhammad Atiatul Muqtadir or who is familiarly called Fathur is a student who is active in

organizations and is a very productive academic student. He was born in Palembang, August 1, 1998 in a

religious family. He attended elementary school at the Al-Furqon and At-Taufiq Islamic Boarding

Schools and also attended religious school at the Gontor Islamic Boarding School for three months. In

junior high school, he continued his education at Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School and continued his

education at SMAN 17 Palembang. In 2015, he finished high school through an acceleration class and

continued to Gadjah Mada University (UGM) with the SNMPTN route, Department of Dentistry.

Fathur is a very productive student who can balance the school and the organization. In his

second year at UGM he became Chair of BEM FKG UGM, a member of Senat FKG se-Indonesia, and a

Mentor Dentistry Muslim Tutorial FKG. He was also part of Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa and

participated in Forum Indonesia Muda ke-19. He has represented Indonesian students to fill seminars in

Thailand and is a frequent speaker at national and international seminars. He served as Chair of BEM

UGM in 2019 and became the public spotlight after several times delivering his weighty and authoritative

arguments.

In 2020, he officially became a scholar and the book he wrote entitled “Kaum Rebahan Beri

Perubahan” was published. The book is an invitation to ensure that our age is filled with productive

activities and become more impactful. He also likes to read Al-Qur’an and has uploaded his reading of

Al-Qur’an several times on his Youtube channel. He aspires to become a minister of health because he

likes to solve problems with a systems approach and as a form of responsibility that has received health

sciences. In 2021, he officially married.
