    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

    I have known Ms. Vidya since 2009 when she was my student in Public Finance and

    Econometric courses. I found her a hard working and an intelligent student.

    The fact that she has been involved in many academic activities throughout her career as a

    student shall be a further asset to her.

    With regard to her plan for higher studies in her chosen field, I have no doubt that she will able

    to adapt well to the academic as well as social environment. Her determination and motivation to

    further her Master degree will be of great importance to her study.

    On a personal level, Ms. Vidya is a pleasant and a sociable individual who is able to study hard

    and get along well with others.
