Thank you for inviting me to interview, let me introduce

myself.
My name is Ester Dwi Sartika Simanjuntak, I am usually called
Ester. I currently live in Medan, North Sumatra Province.
Well, I'm graduated from the University of Palangkaraya,
Central Kalimantan, majoring in technology and vocational
education with a 3.52 GPA. During my studies I was active in
the Christian Student Fellowship Organization. And I was
entrusted to be the vice chairman in 2016-2017. In the 4th
semester of college, I started teaching privately for the
elementary school level, especially mathematics. When I
entered the final year of college, I participated in a field
experience practice program at SMK Negeri 1 Palangkaraya
as a mathematics teacher. From April to August 2019 I
participated in the internship program at PT. Ruang Raya
Indonesia or commonly known as Ruangguru as a
mathematics tutor for the elementary school level. My job is
to provide learning through interactive videos that can be
accessed through the teacher's room application.
From January 2020 to December 2021 I teach as a preschool
teacher at John Wesley Methodist School. I am responsible
for the basic abilities of children in the world of education.
I want to be a teacher who is remembered as someone who
helps others achieve their dreams.
i have two important fellows in my life
the first is self-discipline and the
second is passions for myself those two
personality traits that a teacher should
have. sometimes a job as a teacher can be
frustrating and only high patient and also
self-discipline can help me to handle
that situation
My vision is to create students who are intelligent and with
character, rich in achievements, full of work, and aware of
meaning.
Enough of my brief introduction. I look forward to joining the
Harapan Bangsa School in Balikpapan soon
