FAQ
Will my DA expertise rank determine my promotion/category/level?
No. The promotion, category or level of an everis professional is decided taking into account more parameters than the DA
expertise rank.
Will I receive some kind of incentive to earn experience points or increase my rank?
Each country Head of DA will decide if and which incentives should be provided.
Do results obtained outside everis accumulate experience points?
You can accumulate experience points outside everis in the areas of professional courses & certifications, evangelism,
and formal learning & research. Hands-on experience points will only be accredited regarding results obtained in everis.
Will the DA expertise program be adapted to my country?
Each country will decide about incentives, mandatory results, target points of experience, etc.
The DA expertise program baseline (the contents of this document) must be kept common to all Latin America countries (it
will evolve and can be changed, but these changes will be shared among all countries).
How can I ask questions or make comments about the Latam DA Expertise Program?
As always, all DA managers, directors and partners are at your disposal, and you can also write to
