Work Authorization for Our Project

We required work authorization during our project execution phase so that the flow of work
can be controlled within the authorized budget of the project.
We used work authorization system so that work can be authorized with certain limits
imposed on mangers of the project by which resources can be consume by them to complete
the project. The limitations imposed on the project managers give affirmation that not even a
single activity/work can be approved except the work has been planned and arranged
appropriately.
Work Authorization Process
A. When the project team received the project from the customers of the project. The process
of work authorization is employed for the execution of the project after the project team is at
the position for starting their work and funds has been given to them. The process of
authorization provides the main key of communication to the Managers of the control
Account and senior project managers. This authorization confirms the plan, cost and limit of
the project work that is required for the project objectives to be achieved. Manager of the
control account assigned the tasks officially regarding the scope of their work, budget, and
the schedule.
B. For the approval of the use of exertion and financial plan for a control account, the Project
Manager of our task will give a Work Authorization Document (WAD) to the Managers of
the Control Account at the proper period in the project schedule. The WAD contains the
information of control account, a list of related work packs, approval signatures, and
accepting signs of the Manager of Control Account. The marked WAD draws in the Control
Account Manager to execute the Control Account Plan. To outline a total documentation
pack, the Control Account Plan is annexed to the WAD.
C. When the document of Work Authorization has been marked by every pertinent party,
Project Management and Integrated Planning will open the numbers of control account
through the Daycare's office of finance permitting charges to the control record's work
bundles.
D. Work Authoriztion of our project is for the project’s lifecycle. Funds will be approved
gradually dependent upon status of time and availability of finance ad conveyed to Managers
of Control Account by different methods. The approved control record must be changed with
suitable change endorsement. Work Authorization Documents will be updated so that each
approved change demand can be reflected.
