    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    This is to certify that MEIHAO CORPORATION has the engineer or technical


    who was trained to conduct the corrective and preventive maintenance of the
    product. In addition to, the service engineer or technician are presently employed
    at MEIHAO CORPORATION.

    Issued in conformity with the documentary requirements stated in the


    Instruction to Bidders for the Procurement of various medical equipment for the
    Maguindanao Provincial Hospital Datu Piang Annex, the Five (5) Rural Health
    Units (RHUs), and the Thirty Four (34) Barangay Health Stations (BHS), all in
    Maguindanao, ARMM.
