dr. Haris Occupational Health PIC:

1. Ensure Indorama Medical and Health standards are incorporated into all workplaces.
2. Develop and implement medical and health procedures and standards as required.
3. To coordinate the MCU programs to be completed to the MCU Standard.
4. To verify and review MCU results as required. 
5. To provide recommendation and guidance on borderline or unusual MCU results. 
6. Given medical confidentiality, to undertake medical administration and clerical support
when required.
7. Develop and implement a system to manage Medical Data / Employee Medical Records
between Company Clinic, Welfare Departments and HSE Departments.
8. To regularly audit Medical and Health facilities on Operational Factories.  
9. To develop or source auditing checklists to ensure standards are maintained.
10. Managing daily operational of company clinic including clinic permit, manpower and
facilities registration and permit according to regulation
11. Procurement of medical equipment and medicine needs and recommend purchase by
helping the supplier for product specifications, including price negotiations, shipping
recommendation, terms and conditions for purchasing procedure based on
predetermined conditions.
dr. Heru Emergency Response PIC
1. To review and ensure medical facilities, ambulances, medical equipment and medicines
at all company clinic are sufficient based on risk and regulation.
2. Coordinate the activity and monitor the results of Occupational Health and Hygiene
reviews. 
3. Monitor the controls related to Occupational Health & Hygiene in the workplace.
4. Develop and / or facilitate health awareness campaigns to improve overall employee
health.  
5. Monitor and review medical evacuation readiness throughout Operational Factories
6. To lead or coordinate any medical evacuation so as it is conducted successfully.
7. Develop and implement a system to monitor Medical High Risk personnel.
8. Deliver Heath Talk material for the Indorama Group of companies.
9. To coordinate with a training provider or deliver first aid or health training as required.
10. Facilitate injury management to ensure prompt and suitable response to injuries and
patient condition do not deteriorate.
11. Provide primary care patient consultations and physical examinations, Prescribe
treatment and medications as necessary
