AFFIDAVIT OF NON-OPERATION

I, the undersigned Proprietor of Berry Benefit Foods, a business duly organized and
existing by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with branch office at Piezza
Elesia, Talamban, Cebu City, Philippines, DO HEREBY CERTIFY:

1. That since the year 2015, the aforesaid business establishment has ceased its
operation and did not conduct any transaction of its businesses until the
present date;

2. That the closure of the said establishment, was due to the unfavorable
business operation and financial disability to cope up with the operational
cost of the said business;

3. As such, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing.
