therapeutic properties. The aim of current research was to study and compare an
antiradical activity, phenolic, flavonoid and flavonol contents of garlic of five regions
in Morocco.

VII- Conclusion
A large variability in polyphenolic contents was observed among the cultivars. The fives cultivar represent a good sources of natural antioxidants and they could be
considered as useful sources of materials for human health, and the results showed, in general, a good correlation could be found between antioxidant activity and
polyphenolic compounds.
