Thinking about the Case:

1. Using the paper system, increases the volume of records kept by a certain company
thus, paper also accumulates. There will come a time wherein we kept a lot of paper
records and we can no longer handle and manage such. Another problem of paper
system is the difficulty of tracing transactions or searching relevant documents will really
take time because of the bulk of file of papers in the storage.

2. Having the RIMS in the business provides

a. Inventory of seedlings
b. Employees is provided with updated records
c. Employees are provided with the exact information.

1. The theory used in analyzing the case is the theory on Reforestation Information
