1. Physical Growth The client has a height of 110 cm and a
weight of 10.4 kg. The circumference of
the head measures

Sexual Menstruation The client does not manifest sexual


menstruation since he is a male.

Teeth Development The client has 20 set of teeth however,


from the canine to the second molar right
side are decaying due to excessive eating
of sweet foods.

2. Motor Development
Gross Motor The client is capable of walking, running,
skipping, or even tumbling. The client can
also dance baby shark and other nursery
rhymes.

Fine Motor The client can dress or undress himself


independently. Also he can lace his shoe
independently. The client can hold a pencil
and can write the letters of the alphabet
and can able to read a sentence slowly.

3. Developmental Milestone
Focus on:

a.Language Development The mother has verbalized that the client


can utter 500 words or more in a day. The
client is very active in speaking in school
and at their home. The common words
that he utter include
“Mama”,”Papa”,”Manong”,”Yes”,and”No”.
The client imitates words that he has
heard from adults in their family that he
also use daily like “paano mo na sabi?
Share mo lang?”
b.Emotional
- Form of socialization The client is capable of socializing with his
peers his age and other adults within his
surroundings. Also the client loves to talk
all the time and actively participate in his
class.

- Form of play The client form of play is interactive. He


enjoys playing in groups especially during
break time, after school, and during
weekends.

c. Cognitive Development As it was mentioned before, the client can


able to write and read so the client was
able to recognize the letters of the
alphabet, the colors of the rainbow,
shapes, and animals. Also he can follow
simple commands like putting back the

accompanied by an adult, also when
crossing the street he should look to his
left and right before crossing. The client
was taught not to talk to strangers and be
with a guardian wherever he goes.
