College Intramurals 2019

Narrative Report

College Intramurals with the theme, FIRES: Friendly Intramurals and

Ramp Exhibition towards Success, was conducted last October 23-25, 2019 at
the UCC Covered Court. Supreme Student Council was given the job in
organizing this year’s Intramurals. The following events in this Intramurals
were identified: Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Chess, Power Dance,
Bleacher Gimmick and Search for Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2019.

Intramurals was one of our favorite events/activities in this school,

where we have the opportunity to share our different talents and skills. In this
Intramurals, 3 departments were competing against each other, School of
Business Sciences or the Phoenix, School of Health Sciences, and the School of
Education, Arts and Sciences or the Pamilyang SEAS. So who will be crowned
as Over-all Champion this year?

First day of our Intramurals; morning activities were the parade of the
different teams together with our muse and escort, opening of the program and
the competition of the power dance and bleacher gimmick, then in the
afternoon was the continuation of elimination round of ball games and board
games. The second day was whole day of ball games and board games and in
the last day, morning activity was the Championship and in the afternoon was
the Search for Mr. and Ms, Intramurals 2019 and awarding.

During our Practices, I could say that we don’t have enough time to
prepare and to rehearse but because Phoenix wanted to get and defend that
crown, we inserted much more effort. We cried, we laughed, we got tired, we
have hard time to search participants but despite of all of that, we did our best.
During also practices, we just not created one team, we created one big family!
And because of helping each other and encouraging each other, we crowned as
the Over-all Champion this year’s College Intramurals 2019. Champion
Basketball Women, Champion in Volleyball Men, Champion in Power Dance
and Bleacher Gimmick and the rest events were 1 st Runner Up. While Ms. Zyra
Carbonell also was the 1st runner up, Ms. Diana Dullin and Mr. Brian Ragucos
was a 3rd runner up and Mr. Jerome Gomez was the Mr. Intrams 2019.
