1. Personal Protection Equipment Wear gloves, tight eye goggles and safety boots.
2. Procedures/Precautions in Handling, Packaging, Avoid contact with the waste. Do not smoke. Secure the waste tightly when loaded on the truck.

4. Recommended Method of Disposal The waste must be disposed of according to current legislation.
C. Spill or Leak causing Personal Injury Generally: If there is any personal injury, or symptoms of poisoning occur, seek medical assistance, show this card. Ensure
that the medical assistance is aware of the nature of the substance in question, and takes precautions to protect themselves.
1. In Case of Inhalation of Fumes or Oral Intake Symptoms of intoxication may be nausea, dizziness, headache and vomiting. By inhalation of the fumes, remove the victim

D. Spill or Leak causing Material Generally: In case of emergency/fire, CALL BOMBA 994, explain that a chemical accident has occurred. No smoking or

2. Spill into Water In case of pollution of sewer, water streams etc. BOMBA/Police is requested to notify the water treatment plants and nearby
residental areas. Spillage in water must be sucked up. The spillage must be collected and disposed of according to current
legislation.
3. Fire Toxic smoke may be produced. Cool closed drums with water. Drums may bust when subjected to heat, causing more fire.
Extinguish fire with water, dry powder foam or fog. Avoid extinguishing agents entering sewer, water streams etc.
