JOINT MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF COMPROMISE

AGREEMENT

The Plaintiffs and the Defendants respectfully allege that:

1. The Plaintiffs and some of the Defendants have come to an

amicable settlement and have executed a compromise agreement, a
copy of which is herein attached for ready reference;

2. The parties agree that the approval of this agreement by the

Court shall settle the present case and put an end to this litigation
except in case of default.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the parties respectfully

pray that the court approve this agreement and render judgment on
the basis thereof.
