JOINT MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF COMPROMISE

AGREEMENT

The Plaintiffs and the Defendant Blandino Bantog, respectfully

allege that:

1. The Plaintiffs and the Defendant Blandino Bantog, through

his son Marlon P. Bantog, have come to an amicable settlement and
have executed a compromise agreement, a copy of which is herein
attached for ready reference;

2. The parties agree that the approval of this agreement by the

Court shall settle the present case and put an end to this litigation.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the parties respectfully

pray that the court approve this agreement and render judgment on
the basis thereof.
