    BUSINESS AS

    Q.1 Pakistan is a developing country. Mr. Zaid runs a garment factory employing 500
    employees. Some of his employees are not provided with a contract of employment. He
    believes in Lessez faire style of management and partially delegate authority to workers. During
    outbreak of COVID-19, he had to close his factory for a month. He did not lay off his workers as
    he is ethical in his decisions.

    a) Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of contract of employment for Mr. Zaid (10)
