- 1 ½ lbs Yukon potatoes
- 1 yellow onion
Empanada: Meat/Bread
- Eggs
- White vinegar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Dry white wine
- ¼ ground beef
- Seeded Tomato
- Chicken Stock
- 1 small onion
- ½ tablespoon tomato paste
- mushrooms
- fontina/goat cheese/raisins
Bread: Croquette or Pa am tomaquet
