Applicant acknowledges that, as a part of Applicant’s training (or preparation for paid by wire transfer
training), Applicant will be furnished with certain proprietary information.

receive the Fast Start Kit, and begin operations.
b. Decline the opportunity to become a Crestcom Franchisee and
receive a full refund of the training deposit paid hereunder, (refunds
requested under this Agreement are to be made within
five (5) working days of Applicant’s completion of training).
