LETTER OF INTENT

EARLY MOVE-IN PROGRAM

Dear Sir/Ma’am:

I/We intend to purchase the Parking Slot/s under the Early Move-In Program (“EMI Program”) of Robinsons
Land Corporation (“RLC”) as detailed below:

I/We understand that the information provided in the Client Information Sheet shall be used by RLC in the
evaluation and processing of my early move-in application and that any incomplete or false information may
cause delay in the processing or rejection of my/our application.

I/We undertake to submit ALL REQUIREMENTS for the EMI Program as listed below, within the set timeline.

a. Cleared Reservation Fee and Downpayment

The following must be completed on or before the due date of the downpayment
b. Complete post-dated checks covering the following:
▪ Monthly Amortizations and Closing Fees
▪ Retention – for cash payment only
▪ One (1) check covering three (3) months advance condominium dues, and thirty six (36)
checks covering the succeeding monthly condominium dues payable to Condominium
Corporation. The PDC covering the advance condominium dues shall have the same date
as the spot downpayment and the thirty six (36) PDCs covering the monthly
condominium dues shall follow the same due dates as the monthly amortization.

c. Signed Deed of Undertaking for EMI Program


d. Signed Parking Slot Addendum
e. Signed Deed of Assignment of Parking Slot
f. Duly accomplished BIR Form 1904 of all buyers and spouse
g. TIN verification
h. Notarized or “Consularized” Special Power of Attorney, whichever is applicable
i. All other standard conditional documents as may be required by the Operations Department
(e.g., proof of billing, spouse’s ID).

I/We understand that failure to comply with the submission of ALL REQUIREMENTS shall mean my/our
disqualification to avail the EMI Program.

I/We acknowledge that I/we am/are obligated to abide by the payment schedule as stipulated in all contracts
and undertaking regardless of actual occupancy, including, but not limited to, payment of the condominium
dues to the Condominium Corporation of the Project where my/our Unit/s and/or Parking Slot/s is/are
located.

I/We hereby hold RLC, its officers and employees, free and harmless from any incident, claim, action, liability
arising from the breach of my/our warranties and undertaking herein.
