AGENCY PROFILE
I. Vision:
“SAN DIONISIO, the seaweed and eco-tourism capital of Iloilo sustained by a progressive
economy in a well-conserved and resilient environment, nurtured by God-fearing and
empowered citizens, governed by able and transparent leaders.”
II. Mission:
To promote the general welfare of the people through holistic development strategies and
local government unit dynamism and commitment adhering to effective, transparent,
gender responsive, environment–friendly and participatory governance.
We, the official and employees of the Local Government Unit of San Dionisio, commit to:
1. Serve you from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
2. Attend to you as you enter the premises of the Municipal Building;
3. Assure you that you will be served by authorized personnel with proper
identification;
4. Gives utmost attention to your needs and request promptly;
5. Serve you with courtesy and integrity;
6. Respond to your complaint about our services soonest or within the day through our
complaint and assistance desk;
7. Provide courtesy lane to those with special needs such as differently-able, pregnant
women, and senior citizens;

FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS MECHANISM
How feedbacks are processed Every Friday the Mayor’s Office Staff opens
the drop box and compiles all feedback
submitted. Feedback requiring answer are
forwarded to concern offices and required to
answer within (3) days of receipt of the
feedback. The answer of the office is then
relayed to the citizens.
