EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 32
(Series of 2019)

AN ORDER CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY MONITORING TASK FORCE (IMTF) FOR THE

CONDUCT OF THE CHILD-FRIENDLY LOCAL GOVERNANCE AUDIT (CFLGA) PER DILG-DSWD,
DEPED JOINT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR (JMC) NO. 2019 – 01 DATED AUGUST 28, 2019.

WHEREAS, DILG-DSWD-DEPED-DOH Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2019 – 01 dated

August 28, 2019 provides guidance in the conduct of the Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit
that ensures LGUs commitment in the audit implementation;

WHEREAS, the purpose of the CFLGA is to assess LGU performance in delivering child-
friendly policies, programs and services with audit-generated data and results to serve as basis
for LGUs in identifying strengths and opportunities worth emulating and strengthen child rights
governance in the country;

NOW THERFORE, I, JUSTIN MARC L. PELENIO, MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF MARIHATAG,

SURIGAO DEL SUR, BY VIRTUE OF THE POWERS VESTED IN ME BY LAW, DO HEREBY ORDER:

Section 1. . Creation of Municipal-IMTF. – There is hereby created a Municipal Inter-

Agency Monitoring Task Force (Municipal-IMTF) with the following composition:
Chairperson : ERNIE GULTIANO - Municipal Local Government Operations Officer
Vice-Chairperson : JUDALYN DE CASTRO - Municipal Social Work and Development Officer
Members : ROLANDO B. BANDIBAS - Municipal Planning and Development. Coordinator
DR. MARIO B. CUBIL - Municipal Health Officer
TERESITA P. PORTILLO - Municipal Nutrition Action Officer
AILEEN GLORINA B. ABUNDA – Schools District 1 Supervisor, DepED
ANABELLE R. CUBIL - Schools District 2 Supervisor, DepED
JESUS D. PANTALEON - Representative from NGO/Inter-faith organization

SECTION 2. Functions of the Municipal-IMTF. – The Municipal-IMTF shall have the

following functions:

1. Gather concerned local offices to deliberate, discuss and clarify issues/concerns in

relation to accomplishing CFLGA; and
2. Advocate for support and assistance for the promotion and realization of children’s
rights based on the results of the CFLGA.

SECTION 3. Effectivity. – This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

DONE, in the Municipality of Marihatag, this 2nd day of September the year of Our Lord,
Two Thousand and Nineteen.
