1. Introduction:
In today’s world of competition, it is believed that teams are essential part of work performance
and increased productivity. Employees are valuable assets of an organization and the key to
success. In this statement, human resource planning plays an important role to optimize the
utilization of its asset in term of cost and productivity

In this regard Hackman! (1990) believed that practically everybody has been a member of
performing group at any time if he has worked in the organization.

In today’s fast changing environment, a vital factor of survival for any organization is its ability
to maintain a competitive advantage. In order to accomplish this, organizations must develop its
employees so that they are able to take responsibility for their production, to solve dilemmas, to
work in groups, and to obtain skills that transfer across professions. Maintaining a competitive
advantage begins with an extremely motivated and knowledgeable workforce to produce higher
quality products at lower costs.

Business owners need employees that are able to get the job done, because employee
performance is critical to the overall success of the company. The performance represents one of
the most important aspects that must be taken into account when talking about the internal
marketing of a company, but not only. Reaching performance to the highest level becomes more
and more a challenge, given the continuous development of the companies and the continuous
increase of the market standards. This assumes not only providing quality of the service and
products, but also having a performant workforce.

Less information about how much impacting effective policies and procedures can be when
implemented in multicultural organizations. It was found that the employees were scared of
