As the HR employee supports employee inquiries on HR forms, applications, and other related
documents via the company’s intranet. Also, Maintains the HR process workflow. Moreover, manages
the new hire checklist and pre-boarding process for all external new hires with assistance from the
Corporate Recruiter. HR officer supports HR team with scheduling seminars and wellness workshops.
Reviews employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Due to these duties we are seeking some qualification:

 Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.

 0-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource.

 Ability to form working relationship with people at all levels, Teamwork skills.

 Full understanding of HR functions and best practice.

 Strategic thinker who is able to work independently and creatively – someone who
can “go the extra mile”.
  Good command of spoken and written English.

 Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office.

The salary range for the job is 500 JD to 800 JD, and will be determined in the
interview regard to the proficiency.
