Subject: Application to get permission and university bus for study tour

Dear Sir,

With due respect, we would like to inform you that we are the student of the Department of
Computer Science & Engineering of your university bearing Batch-E-53. And beg to state that we
want to go to our first study tour on this week at dated 26 th November, 2018 (Monday) for
refreshment. We think we can gain practical knowledge of various things along with of our regular
education. It also helps to make a good breakthrough from our boring life. So we need your
permission and university bus support. And we are also hopping you to come with us.

We will be much obliged if you allow us to arrange and give us a university bus for go to the study
tour.
