I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We, at the
Priyadarshini college of Engineering, are excited to be organizing an
upcoming event with ----------------------. As we embark on this journey to
provide a platform for knowledge sharing and networking.

Our event, the “Resolute’23”, is scheduled to take place on 21 st of October. It

aims to bring together industry experts, academia, and Tech enthusiasts to
discuss the new age Technologies and its impact on various sectors. We
believe that with our students and resources, we can make this event a
resounding success.

We kindly request your department's assistance and support in the following

areas: Promotion and Outreach: We seek your assistance in promoting our
event within your network and among your students. Your
department'sendorsement and outreach efforts would significantly
increase our event's visibility.

Volunteers: We are in need of enthusiastic volunteers to assist with various

event logistics, such as registration, technical support, and session
coordination. If you have students or staff members who are interested in
volunteering, please let us know. We’re expecting nearly 5-8 Volunteers from
the Department of industrial IOT.

In return for your support, We’ll consider all your volunteers as a valuable
contribution for the event & will try to provide special interaction time with
the chief guests. we are more than willing to acknowledge the Department of
industrial IoT as a valuable partner in our event materials and during the event
itself. We can also explore mutually beneficial ways to collaborate in the
future.
